Payment details and instructions are provided when scheduling your service. Invoices are sent prior to or upon completion of work.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of cleaning services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been completed. Clients are encouraged to inspect the work upon completion, and any concerns or imperfections must be addressed before the contractor leaves so they can be corrected promptly.

Inspection at Completion

Walk through the space with the contractor before they depart. Any touch-ups or missed areas will be corrected on the spot — this is the best way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your service.

Deposits, Cancellations & Rescheduling

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are 25% refundable as long as the booking is rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to qualify.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.
  • Rescheduling preserves the remaining balance toward your new booking.
